  1. How do I shop on this site?

  1. How do I redeem my Gift Certificate on this Site?

Once you have selected a product that you wish to purchase, on the Order Details Page there is an option that says "Enter your Gift Certificate Number". Enter the number in the box, the value of the Voucher will be automatically adjusted. The excess amount can paid by any mode of payment.

 

  1. Can I club my Gift Vouchers for the same bill amount?

Each Gift Voucher is valid for one bill amount only. It has to be redeemed individually. (i.e; no two voucher can be clubbed together)

 

  1. Is it necessary to Register while purchasing products on this site?

You just have to enter your billing & shipping details & your Gift Certificate number and make your purchase.

You can send us your payment through Cheque, Demand Draft or Internet Banking. We also accept all major Credit Cards, the payment can be sent through our secured payment gateway. (Incase of payments sent thru Cheque, Demand Draft or Internet Banking, kindly mention your Order Numbers)

Products are shipped within 2 weeks time after realization of payment.

 

  1. How will you ship my merchandise?

Upon receipt of payment, products are shipped through Courier / Insured Speed Post Parcel within 30 - 45 days time. Each Jewellery is packed in elegant boxes, ideal for gifting, so as to insure that they withstand the vagaries of shipment.

 

  1. What do you charge over the MRP for Shipping and Insurance?

All prices are inclusive of Shipping, Insurance and taxes if shipped within India.

 

  1. What if I want to return my purchase?

At Surat Diamond, we offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee within 30 days of receipt of product, if you are not satisfied for any reason & if you wish to return the product(s), you can call or email us at sdjoffers@gmail.com to inform us of the return and we will give you the return procedure. Incase of any manufacturing defect you can send us the same within 15 days from the receipt of the product for a Free replacement or a full refund.

All our products are offered directly from the Factory, hence the price you pay is the least. We do not have any Retail Stores thus avoiding all additional overheads like inventory costs, wholesale & retail margins, which are indirectly passed on to the Customer.
